Based in Ballymena, we’re a community gym working with people who want to feel strong and capable in their everyday life.

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
The foundation of everything at STLTH. Personalised coaching in a small group setting (Max 8), focused on strength, form, and real results. Every session is programmed for progression, and guided by a STLTH coach at all times.
Engine
STLTH's signature conditioning session, now with HYROX-inspired elements. Expect structured intervals, performance-focused programming, and a mix of strength and cardio elements. Ideal for building endurance, improving work rate, and pushing your limits.
Saturday Sweat
Our trademark Saturday Sweat has unbeatable team vibes, high energy, and full-body conditioning. Expect circuits, cardio fitness, and non-stop movement. Perfect for fat-burning, boosting fitness, and that post-class buzz. A great session to pair with strength work.
Boxing
High intensity, skill-based training. Learn real technique, hit pads, and build explosive fitness. Whether you're brand new, or fight-night ready. No experience required. Great for stress relief and mental focus .
Sunday recharge
Low-impact, high reward. This recovery-based session focuses on mobility, breath work, and body maintenance. A calm, but powerful way to reset after a heavy training week, or ease into a new one.

Learn the fundamentals of boxing while building fitness, confidence, and technique.
All sessions are led by professionally trained coaches and focus on pad work, footwork, and conditioning - no contact required.
This membership also gives you priority access to STLTH’s ‘The Fight Project’ and opportunities to compete on reputable shows throughout the year, if you choose to take it further.
