Rhys
Rhys got into fitness at a young age through his love for martial arts. He is now a professional martial artist who has competed for over 10 years. He got into coaching through martial arts and opened his first facility RMK Training in 2018, before having the concept of opening STLTH.
“I enjoy hosting our signature SWEAT classes and our small group boxing sessions!”

Mark
Meet Mark who has been involved in fitness now for over 11 years! He competes professionally in MMA.
“I put programming together for STLTH so I hope you enjoy the sessions! I also run the small group boxing sessions with Rhys”
As a coach, Mark loves to help beginners get started into fitness as well as pushing more advanced gym-goers to new levels.

Aaron
Aaron is the character of the gym. You can be sure a STLTH session with him will be full of enthusiasm from someone who loves what he does!
You’ll normally find him up and at it in our early morning sessions, bringing the energy for the best start to your day.

Liv
Bringing the girl power we have Olivia also known fondly as Liv! Liv joined the STLTH coaching team after being a member here for over 2 years.
“I wanted to become a coach at STLTH because of the positive impact it made on my life and I wanted to be a part of that for others.”
