Rhys is the owner of STLTH, one of the coaches, a professional MMA fighter, husband and dad of two.
He's passionate about helping people feel more confident in themselves, whether they're stepping into a gym for the first time or chasing a specific goal.
Rhys brings plenty of energy, experience and encouragement to every session, and is always happy to have a chat, answer questions or help members get the most from their training.
Mark Andrew is one of our coaches and has been part of STLTH from day one. He's the man behind much of the programming you'll see in the gym and is passionate about helping people make progress, no matter where they're starting from.
A proud dog dad, Mark loves seeing members grow in confidence, build better habits and achieve things they didn't think they could. Whether it's helping with technique, answering questions or pointing people in the right direction, he's always happy to help and support members on their journey.
Mark Robinson is one of our coaches and the man you'll usually find leading our Engine sessions. He brings plenty of energy, encouragement and, most importantly, a quality playlist to every class.
A husband and father of two, who loves collecting Hyrox badges for fun - Mark is passionate about helping people push themselves, improve their fitness and enjoy the process along the way.
