What Is stlth membership?

STLTH small group personal training offers a functional training programme ‘STLTH X’ to improve the overall fitness of our members. The sessions are capped at six members to ensure quality and attention to detail, allowing the coaches to offer personalised feedback and assistance to each person.

In addition to STLTH X, we also offer SWEAT sessions. These are higher intensity, extra calorie-burning workouts that thrive on the energy of the team and provide an endorphin rush. These sessions are great for members to de-stress, meet new people and enjoy the social aspect of group training.

As a member, you would have the flexibility to book into any of our sessions daily- we recommended 2-4 sessions per week, depending on your lifestyle. At STLTH we are open to all levels of fitness, so whether you’re just starting out as a complete beginner or you’re a professional athlete, we have something to suit around your busy lifestyle.

As a member of STLTH gym, you have access to our exclusive check-in service that is designed to help you achieve your personal fitness goals efficiently. Our experienced coaches will regularly check in with you to provide guidance and support towards your fitness journey.

When signing up, you’ll be prompted to complete an initial check-in form before you have access to book into sessions. We recommend spending a bit of time on this as this will be the focus of your check-ins for the month with your coaches.

Our check-in service ensures that you stay motivated and accountable towards your goals. By regularly checking in with our coaches, you will have the opportunity to discuss any challenges or obstacles you may be facing and receive expert advice on how to overcome them.

Our coaches will work with you to create a personalised fitness plan that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. They will also help you track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan along the way.

With our check-in service, you can rest assured that you are on the right track towards achieving your fitness goals in a sustainable and fun way!

AT STLTH, we believe that building a strong community is essential in helping our members achieve their fitness goals. Our community of members and coaches provides a supportive and motivational environment that encourages you to stay on track and enjoy your new healthy lifestyle.

We strive to to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the gym, with additional events and social activities that allow our members to connect and have fun in and outside of the gym. From dog walks and hikes to seminars and coffee mornings, there is something for everyone at STLTH.

By being a part of STLTH, you will not only achieve your fitness goals but you’ll also make new friends for life and have fun along the way.

At STLTH, we understand that our members lead busy lives and that finding time to exercise can be a challenge. Thats why we offer scheduled sessions that are designed to fit around any busy schedule whether you’re a full-time parent, a busy professional - or both!

Our sessions range from 5.30am to 8pm, making it easy to find a time that works for you. We understand that each member has unique fitness goals and preferences, which is why our sessions are planned in advance and can be viewed on WODUP a week in advance so that you can choose sessions to best fit your needs. On WODUP, you will also be able to easily track you progress guided by our coaches so you can see all the work paying off over time!
