STLTH Boxing is coached by two experienced professionals, Rhys McKee and Mark Andrew. Both coaches have competed in MMA professionally and have trained in boxing for many years. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the gym, which they use to create dynamic and effective boxing sessions.

STLTH Boxing focuses on teaching the basics of boxing, including footwork, striking technique, and defensive manoeuvres. Members will learn how to punch, block, and move with precision and speed, while also building strength, endurance, and confidence.
